Please control your pets and clean up as required to ensure everyone’s stay is comfortable.
There is some potential for noise during the daytime. Local by-laws must be followed at all times. Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours.
All cabins have a slope or some stairs into cabin.
Some spaces are shared — There is a shared shower house for guests of Birch, Cedar and Jack Pine cabins. Juniper has its own shower in the cabin.
There are two shared waterfronts, one with a gradual slope in shallow, sandy water and the other with a steep, deep approach from a dock. For those wading or snorkeling in the shallows, water shoes are recommended.
Travel – you are responsible for your travel to and from North Frontenac Lodge. Hydro Lane and Log Cabin Lane are maintained as seasonal cottage roads. They are gravel in summer and snow covered and occasionally icy in winter.
We strongly recommend winter tires and an all-wheel-drive vehicle in the winter months.
Regardless of the season, we recommend that you check the weather at Ompah, plan ahead, drive with caution and take your time. Please contact us if you have any questions to plan your trip as safely as possible.
Damage – if you damage the cabin or property, you may be charged between $250 – $500 or the replacement cost of the damaged property.
